Hi, I'm Nikki - aka Purbeck Admin Solutions.
Having worked in management and admin for over 10 years, at the start of 2021 I decided to step out on my own and Purbeck Admin Solutions was born.
My purpose is to take care of the admin from busy small business owners, self employed and sole traders, so they can focus on their products, their clients, their services - just as they had intended when they set up their businesses. Working alongside clients, I take the stress out of the day to day for them and help them to grow their business. Either Ad-hoc or monthly plans, my clients benefit from the flexibility of my admin services without the commitment and additional costs of hiring employees.
My career as an employee started before graduating from university as I took on a seasonal role alongside my final year. On completion of my degree, I moved to Purbeck where I settled and gained a permanent position in hospitality and education. The hospitality industry in Purbeck is hugely seasonal (as you can imagine for a seaside town) so I saw first hand the struggles of business owners when dealing with the variable workload throughout the year and the struggle to staff at the right cost with the right working hours. My administration and IT skills were key to my successful career development and I climbed the career ladder to management in just a few years. This is an exciting challenge for me, with the flexibility to manage my own clients and business opportunities.
